CrossFit is the cornerstone of what we do at Fox River Strength and Conditioning Home of North Aurora CrossFit.

CrossFit is a fitness program designed using constantly varied, functional movement performed at a relative high intensity.(Courtesy of CrossFit Inc.) As a truly functional program, we design our daily workouts to be scaled up-or down-to be accessible to all populations.

If you’re just starting out, we recommend coming three days/week for your first couple weeks, then build to four, then five. Once you’re up to five days per week, we recommend building in two recovery days per week.

FoxFit is the answer. FoxFit is a cardio intensive class to assist you in shedding fat while getting healthy and right without the barbell.

FoxFit is a fast paced, high energy mix of cardio intervals including, bodyweight movements, rowing, biking and core movements that get you to your goals!

 

Open Gym

Our open gym format is available to our members to work on skills, lifts or make up missed WOD’s from the week.

Nutrition Coaching

Along with your training nutrition is key to reaching your goals. Depending on your goals a program can be designed to bring you to the next level.

Olympic Lifting

Our Olympic lifting program is designed to bring specific attention to olympic lifts for our athletes. The program focuses on the technique of the lift and fine tuning mechanics.
